At Bonjour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or exchange.
